Mack McCann, Jr

Mack was the fourth child to Adeline and Mack Ervin McCann, Sr. He was the youngest with 3 older sisters. Duke, as he is affectionately known, graduated Hattiesburg High School in 2003. He then went to JCJC and received his EMT license where he worked for 17 years proceeding his death from COVID-19. Mack was employed by AAA Services of Hattiesburg, MS. He also worked for ASAP and King’s Daughter’s Emergency Services. He worked in different areas such as Leakesville, Laurel, Brookhaven and Lucedale. Coworkers and colleagues loved, cherished and admired his work ethic. Throughout his professional years he built another loving family. Some say he’s a legend in his field.
